How to be part of RedePOTI?

The institution interested in making use of the infrastructure provided by RedePOTI should:

• I. Contact RedePOTI staff and obtain the necessary information;
• II. The institution's application for admission is subject to approval by the Management Committee;
• III. If approved, the inclusion of the applicant is formalized;
• IV. It will be defined whether the requester will share the fiber with another institution or use a new fiber pair;
• V. A survey of the institution is made for possible "reform" and acceptance of the infrastructure;
• VI. The fiber is then launched and equipment installed;
• VII. We enable routing and other settings provided by the new customer;
• VIII. The equipment will now be monitored;
• IX. Communication tests are performed;
• X. Finally, we updated the documentation and approved the activation.
